For more than 10 years we have been planning, simulating and programming robot cells with the system RobCAD, mainly in the virtual world. Our monthly capacity is about 1,200h. A successive change to the succeeding software Process Simulate – after adjusting it to the latest projects of the OEMs – has started and will take place completely in the next few years.
FLEXIVA also disposes of experience in simulation and programming with the system V5Robotics. The robot simulation intents to select the optimal robot for an application, including the virtual assembly of the robots, point division between the robots, examination of interfering edges and collisions, creation of process videos and determination of the best cycle time.
The offline programming (OLP) minimises the required time at the construction area; we will perform the updating of the finished programmes, including the calibration. Our offer is completed by the online programming of the current brands for industrial robots, including the integration of the subsystems at the construction area (throughout the world).
